Exotica: Mai Tai

Each iteration of Exotica is focused on a different Tiki-style cocktail, and each iteration is built from the ground up to embody the characteristics of its namesake. For this edition, we chose the ol' standby Mai Tai. A base of oats and wheat with tropical HBC472 hops provides the foundation for mango, pineapple, lime, orange, orange zest, sweet Barbados molasses, and a healthy dose of almonds. Drink it by itself or on the rocks with a rum floater!
