11th Hour is a Double Dry Hopped IPA with lower bitterness and maximum hoppyness. Dry Hopped with tons of Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, this beer exudes pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus on the nose, followed by pineapple, slight passionfruit, and dried fruit skins on the palate, with a slight pine resin on the finish.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden-orange color with a small head of white foam. The head fades rather fast, leaving a light sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is heavy of a grainy smell mixed with a good sum of grapefruit and herbal hop. Other aromas of pine and some bready aromas are there as well, mixed with a touch of toast and spice are there as well.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready and light fruit flavor of orange. Mixed with these are flavors of a decent sum of grapefruit and a light pine. Other flavors of a doughy and light grain develop, and a mixed with notes of floral hop. A bit of herb and some light harvest fruit flavors develop toward the end, leaving one with a nicely hopped and quite approachable taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thick and chewy with a carbonation level that is rather low. For the style it is pretty good and makes for an easy sipper.
Overall – A nice brew overall, with an easy drinking taste and feel.

Pour is a clear lightly burnt orange. Finger of dense, rocky white foam. Great retention and lacing.
Nose is berries, citrus, resin
Taste follows. Berries, citrus rind, resin, some pine. Moderate bitterness, with a soft doughy malt backbone
Clean, crisp, easy to drink.
Would prefer a bit more bitterness, but overall a very good beer.

Mildly hazy, golden colored body; very fat and coarse carbonation bubbles; thick head, creamy and rocky , sticky. Nice floral and tropical fruit aroma; pineapple; ; very subtle dankness; a touch of bready malt. Very pleasing taste; light, biscuit-like malt; juicy tropical fruit notes; a bit of peppery spiciness; mild to moderate hop bitterness. Heavy body; generally smooth mouthfeel.

Had this beer poured from tap at a local brewery that had it as a guest tap. Pours a bright golden yellow color with good head and curtain lacing. Citrus smell and taste. Pineapple and some pine. A bit herbal as it warms, and a bit of a sharp finish. Nice full feel. Pretty good IPA.
