It’s a Vermont Style IPA with Cascade/Centennil/Talus hops. Clocks in at 7%. The original NEIPA’s that were originally a take on the west coast but with their water profile and more dry hopping. Still bitter, but balanced by juiciness and a water profile that lends to crisp yet soft mouthfeel.

Gold pour, decent amounts of particulate matter, decent creamy head. Nose is ripe stone fruit and mild tropical.
Taste is guava, papaya, sweet citrus, light grassiness, light kilned malt. Mouthfeel is medium, creamy. Finish is reminds of a tropical fruit smoothie.

12oz can with a best by date of 6/25/23. Opened 1/29/23.
2 finger white head with good retention, leaves a ton of thick, sticky lacing in it's wake. Hazy, opague orange-gold with quite a few floaties in suspension. Fruit salad nose (some tropical, some citrus) with a pine backing. Flavor seems much more in focus than the nose for me, getting way more grapefruit, pine, citrus pith and a gritty malt base - I taste the 'Vermont IPA' vision. Full body, medium carbonation with a prickly mouthfeel and a decent bitter pop. Very Good.

Excellent beer. Hazy but with a ton of bitterness, pine, resin, citrus fruit. Not overly sweet like a lot of New England IPAs tend to be. Will definitely be buying more.
