A: Pours a clear golden/yellow color. A two finger white head forms. As it recede light lace is left behind.
S: Pine, grapefruit, and citrus fruits in the nose. Simple C hops but enjoyable enough. Though not particularly engaging.
T: Pine and grapefruit are up front, but fades to a more sweet flavor profile. Just a touch of bitterness lingering.
M/O: A light to medium body. Low to medium carbonation, not exactly soft, but not crisp either, and a bit watery. The lightness does show itself, but also much sweeter than I would like. An easy drinker for sure, but a bit flawed.
If this was drier, with better carbonation, this would have a higher score. As is, seems like an overly sweet "session" IPA. For whatever reason, Equal Parts seems to nail Lager styles, but I have always been just a little let down by any hoppy pale ale or IPA. Not that they are bad by any means, just a little less than expected.
