Best before 2-16-26.
2 finger off-white head, a decanted pour results in a copper colored body with good clarity. Full lacing.
Floral, pine, light citrus and caramel malt in the nose.
Flavors similar to nose but adding in a perceptible lemon and some pleasant hop spice.
Medium body and carbonation with a little chew in the mouthfeel and a balanced, flavorful finish.
Very Good.

Cascade Classic has a very thick, spongy, off-white head and a translucent, orange-gold appearance, with heavy lacing. The aroma is of fruit and white bread. It has a similar flavor, with bold sweetness and bitterness. Cascade Classic has a medium body and a dry finish.

Received in a trade with @techichi.

L- Pours a really nice hazy orange, almost copper color with a dense rocky head.

S- Trademark west coast aroma of pine and citrus.

T- Great malt profile with the perfect amount of citrus and resinous pine flavor.

F- Lush, full mouthfeel with very little carbonation.

O- Outstanding. Harkening back to the good old days of WC Pale Ale!

Amber gold pour, steady creamy head. Nose is citrus and pine.

Taste shares apricot, some caramel, citrus, pine, medium kilned malt. Medium mouthfeel. Finish sees the pine bitterness build somewhat.

A: Pours a clear pale orange color. A one finger white head forms with good retention. Rings of lace are left behind.
S: All the C hop characteristic you would want i the nose. Pine, resin, grapefruit, citrus. Very nice.
T: Like the nose, all the C hop additions. Again, pine and grapefruit/citrus. This becomes a bit "woody' which I tend to get from time to time with some hop forward offerings. There is a nutty malty character, and a lingering bitterness. This is really well balanced.
M/O: A medium body with crisp carbonation. Finishes dry and clean. Really easy to drink, this is a classic pale ale for sure.

I really enjoy this. Well made, and everything certainly screams "classic" and well balanced to boot. Well done, and I'll be looking for this more often.

Canned. 04/04/23 Drank 6/8/23. Purchased from the brewery 6/6....why the beer being sold out of the brewery is 2 months old....not sure.
Pour is a clear copper with a nice fluffy off white head. good retention and lacing.
Nose is a nice sublte mix of pine, grapefruit rind, resin, a bit dank.
Taste follows. Nicely balanced. upfront is a nice grapefruit, pine hop character followed by a light bready malt sweetness; maybe a bit too sweet on the finish. possibly oxidization creeping in?
