Ponderosa is revered as the largest of the Pinus genus in California, so we thought what better name for our latest release inspired by the west coast stylings we love so dearly. Chinook, Citra, Comet, and CTZ hops combine to construct a super flavorful and potent West Coast IPA.

A: Pours a clear pale orange color. A dense white head forms and rises to over two fingers. Good retention and lace.
S: Big on the orange, pine, and resin. Simple, but the citrus character here is very nice.
T: This is a classic IPA. With orange rind, citrus, pine. Just enough cracker like malt for balance. Plenty of bitterness lingering.
M/O: A medium body, with crisp carbonation. Finishes wonderfully clean and dry. One I can come back to a lot.
This is really well done. All the classic IPA you would want, glad they are making this. Get some at the brewery, and wish it was more available around town.

I had this beer over this past weekend at the brewery. Poured into a tall, stemmed glass. Clear golden yellow color with a great white head and good curtain lacing. Piney smell and taste. Citrus and fruit. Clean West Coast taste and feel. Very enjoyable with food!
