Pour is clear light amber. Decent retention and lacing in an off white cap of foam.
Nose and taste are toasted bread, a bit nutty, subtle balancing bitterness, though it does finish just a tooooouch sweet.
I’m pretty sure this is supposed to be a Vienna lager, no a shiner bock-esque “bock.” Reviewed as such.
Enjoyable beer.
