A: Pours a crystal clear yellow color. A dense white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: Pine, citrus floral aromas. Yeah, this could be an IPA.
T: Follows the nose, with that pine and citrus flavors. There is a resin like character and a bit floral. Sweeter in the finish and a bitterness lingering.
M/O: A medium body with crisp carbonation. This could have a drier finish for me, but also really clean. Very easy to drink and come back to, even if its not my preferred type of "Pilsner."
I'm not the biggest fan of the lagers/Pilsners that are just substitutes for IPA's. This certainly has some of those characteristics, but it is also well made and clean. These 'West Coast Pils" or whatever are never going to be my favorite, but this is still well worth having on occasion.

Light yellow pour, decent white head. Nose is Pils and citrus.
Taste shows Pils, floral, citrus, little hay. Mouthfeel is light but satisfying. Finish sees a zesty citrus presence.
