Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Poured from a 16 oz. can into an El Catador Barrel-Aged glass. Tasting notes from January 2018.
A: Hazy gold with a half-finger of white foamy head that fades away. A good amount of visible carbonation.
S: Juicy tropical and melon hops atop cracker malts. Some tangerine with a modest rind character, and a bit of dank hoppiness as well. A nice aroma; maybe not huge for a DIPA but that’s the only complaint.
T: Follows the nose – tropical fruits and juicy citrus, melon and a bit dank. Tangerine juiciness mixes with cracker malts – which is light for a DIPA and with absolutely no caramel flavors. Melon and modestly bitter citrus in the hang.
M: Average body for style, good carbonation sensation, alcohol flavors restrained.
O: Really tasty. These guys are hitting on almost all their IPAs, and the few stouts I’ve had. Enjoyable and well done.

Nice citrusy NE IPA. It is the best beer that I have had out of Florida. This is a world class beer.
