Our Dissonance Breakfast Brown gets the imperial, double barrel treatment in this special, highly limited bottle release. Extended aging in maple and bourbon barrels awakens notes of vanilla, layered with locally roasted coffee and Saigon cinnamon.

From a can at the Calusa brewery. It's exactly as advertised. Pours as dark as a beer can be. The cinnamon sweetness is noticeable from the first sniff. A little syrupy - as expected - but the roasted coffee takes the edge off. This is a late-night, tasty sipper.
