Mar 2021 Review - Siesta Key spring break.
Pint can purchased at brewery. Poured into tall water tumbler.
Look: pale yellow/gold with a little haze. 1-2 finger white foam head that quickly dissipated. Minimal clouds and lacing. Glass may not have helped. Looks nice but nothing special. 3.5
Nose: subtle bread, banana, lemon. Good for the style. 3.75
Taste: bread, lemon, pine. Super well balanced, super smooth, easy drinking. Absolutely enjoyable. 4.25
Feel: not watery, not thick, just right. Slight mouth coating feel but finishes off clean and refreshing. 4.25
Overall: this is really good and should be tried if you’re looking for a beer in the style. Balance is outstanding, everything is subtle but substantial enough to feel like you’re not drinking water. 4.25
