16 ounce CANNED 12/10/20 (7 months ago) poured into a thistle glass at fridge temp 6.5% ABV. The beer pours mostly bright dark amber with khaki colored head. The head recedes to a thin cap. The aroma is mild with caramel malt and mild nutmeg. The taste is semisweet caramel with more nutmeg and mild smoke. Minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, ok.

16 oz can from the Wall of Beer in Clemson SC ($3.49). The label has a sophisticated taste diagram. The can had a date stamped on the bottom of 10 December 2020.
Look. Clear, dark reddish-brown body with a weak head.
Aroma. Mild with a good bit of complexity for the style.
Flavor. Moderately strong for style with plenty of dark malts giving this a fine nutty character.
Mouthfeel. Smooth, medium-full body with medium-light carbonation.
Overall. Excellent version of the style.

Great beer and atmosphere. Wish the breweries others beers were on the list. Really impressed with all. Hard to believe it's only been open for a month.
