Aggressively Dry Hopped farmhouse saison with tropical fruit, citrus tones, and a hint of lime in the aroma. Well balanced bitterness with a zesty spicy finish from the saison yeast, a slight sweet maltiness and medium mouthfeel.

On-tap at Brown Truck Brewery, High Point, NC

A: the beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that died down and left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of Brett funk are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but the Brett is a bit lighter and there are strong underlying flavors of citrus from the hops.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation
O: This beer has a nice amount of Brett—it isn't overly funky but has some citrusy flavors to keep thing interesting.
