A: Pours a very slightly hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + amber + caramel colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very slightly mottled very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit pith + floral + earthy hops over the top of just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + caramel + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + caramel + oat malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/grapefruit pith + floral + earthy hops which imparts a very light amount of bitterness which fades quickly leaving a moderate citrus + floral hop flavors and just a hint of green hop burn.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of hop burn + dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel though a touch of hop burn as well. Enjoyable and does a very nice job of highlighting the Centennial hop.
