Irish dry "snack" stout style brewed with Brown Truck's house lager yeast.
On tap poured into a beer stein, very light tan foam. Dark body.
Roasty on the nose, typical stout aroma. A bit "cleaner" due to the use of a lager yeast.
Flavor is what you're expecting from an Irish dry stout but extra crisp from the lagering process. Roast coffee, hint of chocolate, light touch of malt sweetness.
Overall, an excellent session beer.
