Notes from July 8th 2011
A: Light copper, 2 finger fluffy head, moderate but fast and tiny rising carbonation.
S: Hoppy, German style malt, tinge of sweetness, fish
T: Light and refreshing, spelt malt is less "malty", but the traditional spelt flavor and hops are more forward but the tast is still mild.
M: Relatively soft, mild carbonation.
O: Very nice, fresh with a nice but subtle flavor.
