Had on tap... from the barrel, cool! Crystal clear pale golden body, tons of lacing left from the pinky finger of foam. The feel is the let down here, very fizzy and thin, almost champagne like, but the yeast comes in to save to give some body and definition. The malt and mineral water base plays to the light grainy yeast and mild hops, especially in the taste.

580ml Bottle from Drinks of the World, Basel (3 CHF):
An average pale lager with standard malts & grassy hops with light citrus on top of a semi-sweet taste & light bitterness beer but I'm not sure it's one that I'd describe as being a must try. It was a crisp & clean beer that was definitely easy to drink but at least part of this was down to it being so light & basic.

500ml bottle served in a Weizen glass.
A: Pours a pale and absolutely clear yellow golden color forming a medium and persistent white, fluffy and bubbled head. Good retention and lots of lingering lacings formed and left in the glass. Lots of fizzy carbonation coming from the bottom of the glass too
S: Strong sweet grains upfront. Strong notes of bread. Light notes of ashes. Good notes of flowery hops
T: Slightly sweet pale malts upfront. Very crispy and bready. Good grassy hoppy notes. Smooth and quite pleasant hoppy bitterness
M: Light and smooth body. Great carbonation. Very grainy and crispy aftertaste
O: Excellent drinkability. Classic Euro Lager but with a lot of class. Recommended

From July 8th 2011 notes
A: Very yellow gold, uneven micro carbonation head, transparent micro rising carbonation.
S: Punchy hops, fresh, raw corn, very subtle malt, "cold" in smell, fresh.
T: Very hoppy with subtle smooth creamy sweetness, beautiful sweetness, light and refreshing, unlike any so called lager I've had due to the hoppiness and sweetness that accompains it.
M: Moderate stinging yet quite soft.
D: Excellent, refreshing, tasty.
