Poured to a teku glass.
A: Opaque coppery to brown body with a small but consistent white head. No lacing but lots of retention.
S: The aroma appears to be a complex junction of coffee and the sweetness taken out of the barley.
T: The taste has some hints of watery coffee due to the barley's roasting and some sweetness coming from what appears to be toffee.
M: The basis is interesting but the beer is too watery.
O: It seems that they've reached the real deal and then poured some water over it. The base is great but the beer proposed here could've been a bit better. There's a lot of room for improvement but it seems that the road is pretty straight forward.
