Poured to an Erdinger glass.
A: Low retention one finger white head with no creamy touch to it and with a crystalline yellow body that allows to see the high amount of carbonation present in this beer.
S: The aroma is very soft, being composed of bread and clove but a stronger aroma would be a lot better here.
T: You can feel the wheat, the breadiness and the hint of clove but it diverges from what you expected. It's actually more close to a weizen than a wheat.
M: It has a lot of room for improvement. the beer appears to be too faint, with an almost synthetic carbonation. It's too watery as well.
O: Lots of room for improvement. Specially regarding the appearance and the mouthfeel.
