Copenhagen 21/5 29016. 33 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften Kbh. NV. Slightly old bottle (best before 20/5). Fancy sports car on the very pink label. Truly in the spirit of the TV-series from 1980s.
Pours slightly hazy amber with a white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Substantial lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is sweet with exotic fruit but with distinct bitter sour citric notes. Peach and passion fruit. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is distinctly bitter with only a subdued sweetness. A little fermented fruit. Good bitterness in the aftertaste.
Fine bitter brew even though I could imagine that Sonny and Rico would prefer a cocktail.

March 2014: 330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.8%. Amber colour, slightly hazy. Moderate off-white head. Strong aroma of fruity American hops, citrus and tropical fruits galore, some pine too. Fairly soft and smooth mouthfeel, pleasant to drink - but has still a distinct hoppy flavour throughout, again with tropical fruits, grapefruit and pine, sufficient malts but not too sweet. A nice bitterness in the aftertaste. Jolly good!
