Pours unclear - almost hazy - amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly Settles a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with Fresh, tart and fruity notes. Sweet pale malts. Bread. Hints of peach. Citrus, grass.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with s medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fresh and fruity - but not very bitter.

330 ml bottle, as Ugly Duck Callista Moon Pilsner, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.2%. German hops. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of newmown grass and herbal hops. Crisp flavour, not too sweet, hints of citrus, with fairly distinct herbal hops.
