This colossal delicious imperial dessert stout is loaded with generous amounts of cocoa nibs and vanilla.
Lactose and oats deliver a creamy texture, big body and sweetness. The chocolate, toffee and molasses from the roasted malts and barley add to the complexity. This edition is infused with coconut and caramel.
We wanted to pay tribute to an all-time favourite, the dream cake. We love it and the hunt for the perfect ratio of delicious topping with coconut and caramelized sugar and white vanilla cake will never stop.
Note: the perfect ratio is minimum 3:2 (topping:cake).

Copenhagen 16/2 2023. 33 cl bottle from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. Drawing of barren landscape with oil pumps in somber colors on the label.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a small beige head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of dark malts mingling with a sugary pastry-like scent. Dark roasted malts, brown sugar in abundance, cocoa, chocolate cake.
Low carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, soft, creamy, flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and sugary with a light grating bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is pasty sweet.
They actually manages to imbue this beer with a cake-like quality. So if you like your sweet stuff....
