Much like the vinyl snob, the beer snob wants to embrace the true uncompressed analogue experience.
No watered down fizzy drinks with artificial bubble gum aromas. And even more like the vinyl snob, the beer snob loves to dwelve in topics and terms like kettle souring, lactic acid bacteria and fruit purées. Snobs are cool!! This beer was kettle soured, then fermented with a huge dose of raspberry puré and lightly spiced with seasalt to bring you a juicy, tart and refreshing beer.
Enjoy whether you're a snob or not.

Copenhagen 5/3 2023. 33 cl bottle from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. A vinyl LP on a red background on the label.
Pours opaque murky dark amber with a small white head. Settles as a thin flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with tart notes. Sweet raspberry and currants. Tart citrus and unripe grapes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Well-balanced between sweet berries and tart fruit.
