New hoppy drink. We've added fresh hop varieties to this IPA, like a car getting a new coat of paint. We've used Bru-1 and Ekuanot.
Expect a fruity IPA with pineapple and stone fruit combined with citrus and papaya and a little spice.
Ideal as a thirst quencher in the summer or just for happy times.
Only juice, no fruit.

Frederiksberg 5/10 2021. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H. C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque amber with a small white head. Settles as thin creamy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with light sweet odor of tropical fruit and turpentine. Mingling with sour, sharp citrus fruit. Mango and papaya. Citrus and grapefruit.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger sour bitterness. Aftertaste is a little thin. Bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
A fine nose but a bit thin.
