Ah, the sense of having something nice, soft and a bit sweet in your mouth! Hey, wait a minute – is that pine or perhaps lime underneath the rounded surface of the first taste? We took inspiration from some of the great Belgian masters, and made this beer with our own special twist. The pale golden color might make it seem cool, calm and collected, but lots of flavours are in there. We used only Simcoe hops for this cutie pie, making it crisp, dry and delicate. This beer could be a great choice for seduction, as it is pretty seductive itself. Enjoy it on your own, enjoy it with your loved one, and remember to enjoy life.

Copenhagen 27/8 2016. 33 cl bottle from Fakta. Label is soft brown looking very zen.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of creamy foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is of Belgian yeast, flowery dandelion and sweet peach. Whiff of moldy cellar.
Light carbonation and thick creamy palate. Almost flat texture.
Flavor is sweet toffee followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is fairly short and sweet.
Nice and well balanced Belgian inspired beer.
