From 2015 becoming more and more popular in America and Europe, Milkshake pale ale style beer. This beer has sweetness from lactose and thick, creamy and milk-shaky foam head obtained from fruit pectins, mango`ish colour and haziness in appearance. You can smell tropical fruits, mostly mango and also citrus fruits like lime, grapefruit and orange. Full and balanced flavour, sweetness and smooth bitter aftertaste. This beer is easy drinkable and it`s good for summer or even cold winter evenings to remember warm season days and to get refresh.
Recommended serving temp. 9-12°C in snifter or tulip type glasses for best aroma and taste.

Cloudy, approaching amber (from gold) color. Large head that settles steadily forming lumpy pockets. These form sticky 3D spots on the glass, but they don't last.
Sweet pale maltose start to the smell. Very clean hop aroma. No "mango" nor "milk" yet.
There's a surprising light sourness that I associate with homebrews. I don't get any sweetness here, mango or otherwise. There's some alcohol present and the hop provides good balance. The body and carbonation levels are within expectations.
