I really liked this beer. Sweet, hint of hops, malty, and not too carbonated. Hazy gold color with foamy head. Nice lacing. Floral, caramel, honey and citrus dominate the aromas.

Hazy and veiled golden color with low activity. Foamy and light creamy white 3-4 finger head, lasting around 15 minutes, with good legs and strong swirl reaction. Flavors of caramel, sweet grains, apples, light grapefruits, banana yeast, and floral hops. Oily light to medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, slightly bready and vinous, while more yeasty and dry fruity. Attenuation not tight enough, maillard effect is strong. The body is way too dull and thin, the freshness is alright though. Balance is decent. Overall above average quality craft.

From a beautiful corked Italian bottle, this brew has a towering, bulbous, off-white head. Mostly clear golden (with light amber) in color and just a touch of haze. The aroma is big with fruit...peach, melon...there is also spice, malt, yeast, and malt. Nice Belgian flavors. Slightly sweet. Wonderful body with a little fizz, mingled with smoothness. Excellent.

ive been loving the italian stuff for awhile now, and when i travel to other states outside of colorado, i am always amazed how much cool italian beer is around that never makes it to my state! i wonder why everyone elses import game is more dialed in, frustrating, but, i was lucky enough to find this one at a solid italian restaurant in saint louis, and i am glad i bucked up for it, i really enjoyed this. more of a yeast driven blonde than a belgian pale, but that was the closest choice while adding it to BA here. brilliant bright yellow in the glass with just a little haze but no visible sediment at all and a tall, creamy, and lasting pure white head of tiny micro bubbles, really pretty beer, very active and lively and delicious. aroma and flavor show a little spicy yeast, not quite belgian, but full flavored and obviously fermented warm to develop some of its qualities a little more. green pear and white pepper, nice on the richer but dry fluffy malt base, biscuity and buttery but also very delicate for how expansive it feels, lots going on in this one. there is a wonderful fresh herb component too, maybe from the hops, but could also be an ester of the yeast, i think it lightens this up, makes it a really unique food beer, and adds a layer of nuance that we rarely see in most american style blondes, this is infinitely more complex than we are used to in the blonde style in general. i love the yeast and all the bubbles that make its intricacies pop, and i like the fresh grain complexion, this is just really high quality beer. i am sorry i ate too much to be able to check out a bottle of one of the other flavors these guys do before i left! this is well worth trying if you see it, one of the better takes on this style i have had in a long time, and with all the weird quirks youd expect from an unheard of italian beer. loved it!
