Ale, slightly amber, characterized by an abundance of hops with an underlying taste of citrus. Fascinating, seductive, thirst quenching, a well balanced closing bitter taste that sweetly fades. Universal.

From a corked bottle, this brew is a hazy gold color. The head is a soft white and thick. The aroma is full of attenuated malt and sharp hops. The taste is bitter and aggressive for an Italian beer. The beer is full in flavor and enjoyable. Nice.
