Poor into glass and I discovered a reddish amber with a generous foamy head that fought like a devil in holy water to stay on top.
Cloudy with great hues visually she is superb.
Smell is sweet, candy with some hints of corns... yes corns with a yeasty flagrance that dances together... not bad.
In mouth the sweet malt comea in first followed by shy hops. Well balanced with a bit of sweetness.
Overall decent

A- appearance is dark orange with a fluffy white hat and good lacing
S-Aroma is warm with spicy notes of cinnamon and caramel and sweet molasses. hints of cinnamon and Caramell and sweet malt character
M- body is a light to medium with carbonation being very high which lends itself to an effervescent mouthfeel
T-Nice complex character of malt in many formats through fruitiness and roasted notes, with typical banana notes due to yeast or fermentation temperature
O-This is a nice Belgium inspired amber ale. Warming and pleasant in the right situation.

Corked bottle: Clear, slightly veiled, dark golden color with moderate activity. Thick foamy and creamy beige 3 finger head, lasting around 15 minutes, with faint legs and swirl reaction is decent. Flavors of caramel, brown sugar, sweet barley, Belgian yeast, coriander, light grapes and peach, with floral and herbal hops.Slick and fluffy medium to full body with extra crispy carbonation. Medium to strong strength finish, potent maillard effect, a bit leathery and quite spicy with hints of orange, bready and lightly leafy hopped feel. An alcohol sensation is present but well balanced being highly warming but still having lots of freshness from all that yeast. Texture and drinkability is fine, with a proper red ale feel. Overall very good quality craft.
