Roasted polenta was nice but a little bland. I liked the home made ~ketchup but if you want sweet and salty this will need more seasoning for most Americans. After travelling it's nice to have clean and simple. Next up the portabela burger which looks amazing. Taste is great, unusual flavor, but the bun was very good. However, sad that the portabela was over cooked and texture disolved but I've cooked a lot of wild mushrooms which are often much more delicate. The food is vegetarian and local but I didn't miss the meat.
