A- Pours a dark brown color with little to no head noticed which is unfortunate. The carbonation appears to pop around the outside ring of the liquid, forming I suppose a very thin ring around the edge of my glass, and there is also little to no lacing, only leaving behind an oily/watery film. Really, this looks like a smoothly carbonated root beer...nothing much else to report!

S- Definite chocolate aromas present here....dark and semi sweet to be exact....hey, just like a chocolate chip...who knew?! I do detect the cookie batter as well....it is doughy, floury, and raw, like how I enjoy a portion of my wife's baking when she makes cookies! Black coffee/astringently charred dark malts finish this one off in a pleasant manner.

T- Ahhh...the peanut butter shows itself off on the palate as opposed to the nose.....quite a bit of it as well! The PB is more like a dry powder version that needs to be constituted into the paste that we all know and love, but I do get a nice big punch of it. There are underlying flavors of chocolate chip, cookie batter, creamed coffee and Earthy char on the finish....its quite nice and I'd say they have the flavor down to its' intended final product.

M/O- I find the carbonation quite creamy and delicate, which is allowing the cookie character to shine through on my palate....its sweet not not overwhelming.....like fresh cookies straight out of the oven....cooled down of course! For a brew that is 7.5%, you certainly wouldn't know it, outside of a slight burn down in the chest area, but otherwise, it is well hidden and provides for a succulent, and drinkable dessert stout!
