Partially cloudy, pale yellow body; nice carbonation; thin yet lasting white head, sticky rings of foam cling to the glass. Very fine malt nose; cracker. Light malt backbone taste; hints of cracker; moderate hop bitterness. Medium body; soft and creamy; light sweetness yet predominantly dry mouthfeel overall.
This is a fine cream ale, light and toasty with a suitable dryness and slight sweetness.
Poured out at 57 F; crowler canned July 27th, 2021.
