Dark brown, nearly blak body; dense and creamy head; nice sheeting and rings of foam. Fine roasted malt nose with a touch oh hop spiciness. Fine, robust dark roast grain flavor; chicory and cocoa; moderate hop bitterness. Medium body with excellent residual sugar smoothness.
A tasty and very satisfiying Cascadian dark ale.
Enjoyed on tap at the brewery.
