Poured from the 330ml bottle into a tulip kind of glass at the Istanbul airport. The beer is a slightly hazy gold color topped with a foamy white head. Smell is lemon zest and honey. Bread in the back. A little honey and yeast. Taste is bright and pretty citrus. Has a bready malt backbone in the midpalate. Finishes slightly dry with citrus peel. This could be a good beach beer. Easy drink at the airport.

low head retention and short-lasting head, but I really like this tropical, citrusy hoppy aroma. Taste is slightly bitter, moderately tropical fruity. Slightly toasted malts are in background. Ultra light body and a bit watery on the palate. It would be very good beer if it has more body.
