This is their tart saison, brewed with local pineapple and li hing powder. Li hing pineapple is a local treat, think pineapple with a tajin like powder. It's salty, sweet, savory, with a little tart on the back end. Beer Lab is killing it, not only making fun beer, but great fun beer.
