Barrel-aged barleywine from a 3rd anniversary in 2019, on draft because the University location is closing on Saturday so the building can be demolished to renovate the block. Why am I adding this? Maybe they'll make it again.
Dark mahogany, brown sugar and coffee cake with dates. A bit of black tea oxidation on the palate, which has a bit of a diluted flavor that takes a moment to emerge on each sip. Light booziness and heat on the mid palate.
