Amber. Light head
Smells of pretzel dough. Some grain
Sweet. Doughy. Slight hop
Cider-like carbonation
An ok beer. Not what I was expecting at all.

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION:
"A beer like no other - the Neuschwansteiner is a Bavarian Märzen that has no equal.
This is due to the unique finishing process "La Méthode Royale", which was specially developed by Neuschwansteiner and consists of three steps: first, from the natural cleaning of the brewing water, which is filtered through the massive rock formations of the Alps. Secondly, by the stimulating effect of an amber gemstone filter and energization via the special ‘Grander Process’ during brewing, and finally, by the famous fractional freezing process, which increases the alcohol content to 6.0% and gives Neuschwansteiner its distinctive taste, its flavor and uniqueness."
