Pours an effervescent copper with a thumb of cream colored head. Great head retention & lacing
S: Citrus & Cakeyness
T: Follows the nose, some mango & pineapple as well, plenty of dryness up front. Pineapple & cakeyness/biscuitty malt, plenty of dryness, a little grapefruit as well. Finishes with a touch of pine, cakeyness & pineapple
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, good balance
A well put together DIPA, could've used a little less biscuitty malt. Still plenty easy to drink. Upper tier for these guys
