Pours a hazed brown with a thumb of tight cream colored head. Nicehead retention & lacing
S: Peppery rye and breadyness, not much else
T: Follows the nose, a touch of dryness & caramel as well up front. More dryness & peppery Rye, plus some bready sweetness as this beer warms up. Finishes dry, with plenty of rye spicyness & cakey sweetness, plus some caramel
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, pretty good balance
Rye is showcased, so there's that, still a solid easy drinking beer
