Pours yellow with a little orange. Translucency is foggy. Head is two fingers of dense white foam. Aroma is grapefruit, tangerine, spicy, and faint herbal hops. It's a dry mix of tropical fruit and spicy hops. Aroma has a little lingering bready malt. Flavor profile is a blend of tropical fruits with herbal, sticky, and earthy hops. It opens on sweetness and fades away pretty quickly to a semi-dry finish. Mouth feel is creamy, frothy, and foamy with a medium thickness. Overall, pleasant hops without the lingering or over powering quality of many IPAs.
Served in a 15.5oz Spiegelau tulip from a 12oz can.
