A light bodied, south German-style pilsner. The clean malt profile allows the bright hop aroma and spicy character of the noble hop varieties to shine. The beer finishes clean and dry, brewed to be the perfectly drinkable compliment to summer.

Canned on 4/30/19. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with a subtle haze; small white head that fades quickly leaving okay retention and lacing. The aromas are subtle, but more or less what you would expect from the style. Some bread and malts. The flavors are bolder than the nose. Some floral and citrus notes. Some fresh grass. More bread and crackers. Moderate bitterness. Malts do their thing without dominating. Finishes dry for the most part. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is nice. It's light-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a nice pilsener. Nice flavors. It's clean, crisp and refreshing. Well done. I like it.

Mild grain aroma, pours a clear straw with a small white head. Light bodied, easy drinking beer. Just a touch of sweet malt, followed by a mild earthy hop note, and a very mild bitter finish. Nothing out of the ordinary.

not a bad beer, but definitely in need of a little refinement. its got a keller type look to it, cloudy and even with some sediment visible, and not a lot of head on it, it fades really fast and leaves this not looking much like a pils in my glass. the flavor has a little sweetness to it, an almost corny note to the base, a fresh pils crackery thing too though, and a yeast with some real flavor, very german to me, maybe done a little warm, but i like that flavor in a beer like this, and think its needed with the extra body and rawness this has, it would be weird without it. not enough hops for my tastes, i dont get anything like noble hops in the finish of this, and as a result it never really finishes, like, it lingers long, it isnt crisp, and the lack of carbonation only exacerbates that. its unique and enjoyable when its cold, but it warms up poorly as so many of these do, and by the time its near room temperature i have a hard time finishing it. this has some potential, but it needs to be dialed in a bit, brightened up a lot, and probably hopped a bit more...

16 ounce can into lager glass, no can dating. Pours crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. A bit of fruity aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with nice balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Moderate herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and minimal lingering hop astringency after the finish. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no fruity/yeasty notes present. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very nice German Pilsner. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Nothing but clean pils malts and perfectly balanced Saaz/Perle hops. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
