From the 12 oz can in a snifter via Buehler's in Wooster. This decent fest brew pours a
nice medium amber with a moderate head of white foam that settles to a thin ring, thin
light pool, and shows scant lacing. Nose of light floral notes, mild vanilla, sweet caramel
malts, and subtle herbal hops. Flavors surpass the nose with a mild oak and vanilla note
that mingles nicely with floral elements that dance about zesty herbal hop flavors. Nice mouth
feel; medium light body, medium carbonation that is lively, and a lightly sweet oak touched
finish.
Overall a solid little brew.
