Award-winning red Ale brewed in the Irish tradition with UK malts providing a light, toasted caramel profile and finished with a healthy amount of American hops for a fresh, moderately citrus aroma.

Wait a minute, it was a weird pour. I need to check this can. This bad can is brought to you by my friends at World Wines in Mentor. Mixing old cans and new for your enjoyment.
This opened a foamy mess. There was little aroma - clean I guess. The taste is flat - tasteless and it was super foamy.
Not recommended. I hate to leave a weak review but the can sold to me (with the vendor's 2/26 sticker on it) was actually from 1/25. Yeah it sucked and they suck for having sold it to me. I promise to seek out good samples of more Siblings stuff (I've had a few) to make up for this fiasco.

On tap.
A - Nice dark amber colored pour with light tan lacing and low carbonation.
S - Toasted caramel earthy malt aroma with a slight bit of delicate citrus.
T - Toasted caramel malt base up front with slight earthiness, underneath is a nice subtle juicy floral and citrus. Ends balanced.
M - Medium mouthfeel that's a little thin around the edges.
O - Solid middle of the road.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local Giant Eagle store. It poured a clear amber with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had mild bitter hop and caramel malt. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical subtle caramel malt base and subtle bitter hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

Can dated 6/18/18. CBF Tulip pint.
A: pours a very dark amber with excessive foamy light tan head. That head retained right up until the very end, and there was some decent lacing. What I took away for excessive head and gushing, I just gave back.
S: not really smelling much to begin with. With time, a mild sweet orange caramel marmalade. Classic American floral cascade profile with sweet malt underpinning.
T: arrives off-dry, slightly floral hop, modestly malty, then a weird phenolic note. Tastes Belgian. Followed by a lingering floral hoppiness.
M: lighter end of mid-weight, very high carbonation. Fairly clean for an amber; not quite into lager or even pale ale territory though.
O: This one was a gusher from the pop of the can. The overcarbonation and weird phenolic notes might be chalked up to age and stale dry hopping. Definitely not an Irish red; more along the lines of 5AM Saint; thicker than a pale ale, but with loads of floral dry hopping and some phenolic Belgian background. Okay, but not a regular buy for me.
Going back and reading the description I see this is hopped with Nugget. Every time I find an amber ale I don’t like, them read the hop bill, Nugget seems to be in there. Should have known it. I called it on smelling Cascade though!
