White IPA
Refreshing IPA brewed with wheat and oats, plus a late addition of orange peel. An intense citrus aroma from Citra and Galaxy hops finishes with a slightly sweet orange finish.

Canned on 1/20/22. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with some haze; white head that fades leaving decent bubbly retention and some lacing.
The aromas have subtle hints of citrus and tropical fruits. Some crackers and fresh bread. Malts are there.
The flavors are clean, crisp and refreshing. Citrus and citric notes. Orange marmalade, lemon and grapefruit come through. Lots of fresh grass. Some wheat. Some coconut in the mix. Decent hop flavors. Solid bitterness. Lower sweetness. Malts do their thing. Finishes dry. Alcohol goes unnoticed.
Mouthfeel is very nice. It's on the lighter side of medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's sharp, crisp, fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a solid IPA. It's not flashy or anything too crazy, but it's simply clean, crisp and refreshing. The craftsmanship is on point and takes this one to the next level. There's something pretty enjoyable about this one. Not bad.
