Brewed in collaboration with our good friend and fellow beer lover Jeff Ritchie, this strong pale ale has a robust profile and a slight malty sweetness. Translating to "beer for keeping", French Farmhouse Ales were traditionally stored in order to be enjoyed months later - but modern refrigeration and convenience stores mean you don't have to ration this beer out. Bottoms up!

I clearly should’ve checked the date stamp. Canned 11/15/22. Unfortunately this has started to oxidize just a bit. You can tell it’s a well crafted beer. I appreciate the unusual style. Wish I’d have bought and drank it while it was fresh

My beer lead at Heinens named Jeff collabed with Sibling Revelry to help make this. The feel is drinkable as hell. I love how it feels, goes down real easy. Slight malty sweetness and a good bit of herbal notes but not so much in the saison area. I like it idk. Not just saying that. Slight banana notes on the finish
