Poured from a twelve ounce can, the body is an opaque dark brown. Small white head quickly recedes and light lacing during the tasting.
Aroma is a light grainy, nutty nose. Perfect for an autumn evening.
Taste follows nose and adds a lightly sweet chocolate. There is a very subtle hop bitterness that is present but doesn't balance the malt. I d prefer a breadier and sweeter taste but that's a statement of preference, not a criticism.
Mouthfeel is a bit light but the carbonation is good.
Easy drinking. Solid Dunkel from a local brewery.
