On tap at 16 tons the other day.
The beer pours a solid gold color with light lacing and fair head retention. On the nose, the aroma is very, very simple and light. There's a certain "wheatiness," with maybe a hint of light sour and coriander (but it's not easy to pick up). So given that unimpressive beginning, imagine my shock when I tasted this beer. The flavor profile replicates the nose for the most part, but there's just so much more of everything. Also, this delightful sweet and sour beer is very light on it's feet, displaying mouthwatering acidity. Nothing is out of place, with the light sweetness blending in seamlessly with the light coriander and light sour. The coriander seemed much more expressive otherwise, and it blended well with the sour component (which was not the least bit over the top). Drinkability is terrific, with the low abv. barely noticeable in this well crafted beer.
I could sit around and drink this beer all day.
