Our classic sour base, live fermented in our specialty fermenter Alli, and then transferred onto peaches. This beer is a fresh, bright, live sour with a clean lactic flavor. The peach character is balanced throughout and the acidity is firm; but refreshing. A nice way to come into the fall season and enjoy the richness of our local bounty.
