Our classic sour base, live fermented in stainless, then transferred onto a massive quantity of peaches to re-ferment . This beer is a live sour that exhibits fresh, bright, clean lactic flavor. The peach character is balanced, but rich and the acidity is firm; but refreshing. A nice way to come into the fall season and enjoy the richness of our local bounty.

Can from Market of Choice.
A mildly hazy light yellow with a thin white head with minimal retention and lacing, this looks decent. The nose is loaded with fresh peach, a great blend of fleshy, ripe fruit and mildly bitter skin, mildly tannic. A lactic sourness is present, minimally funky. The palate opens tart with a lactic sourness that pairs nicely with a peachy, fruity flavor. Fresh, vibrant, flavorful and clean, the peach flavor is quite excellent. Drying, tart on the finish with lactic sourness, this beer is light in body and moderately carbonated.
