When we received our order of Phantasm, we pondered the best way to use this intriguing ingredient. Immediately, our friends at Block15 came to mind. Wizards in the hop game, they were excited to join us in the challenge of highlighting this delicate, yet complex ingredient. Mutual passion, hefty amounts of thiol loaded Phantasm, very strategically placed hop additions and the use of a special yeast brought to life this delicious and intriguing IPA concept.
